The event saw 14 young people being put through their paces over three days (15th - 17th April) by the teams qualified Amateur Boxing Association coaches. The days covered not only boxing but included subjects such as personal fitness and personal safety. With the assistance of funding from the Extended Schools project each child received a Police Community Clubs of Great Britain tee shirt and was also given a certificate of attendance.

The boxing scheme has been a real success and has taken off and led to a new Friday night club being established by us for local children in Feltham".
For more information about the new Friday night club call Hanworth Park Safer Neighbourhood Team on 0208 247 6363 or 0208 721 2535.
