Kebab_house_stabbing_mg_mai.jpgDetectives today confirmed two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following Saturday's double stabbing in Hanworth.

Police yesterday arrested a 17-year-old boy from Feltham and a 21-year-old man from Ilford, in east London, and released them on bail until September.

Officers now believe the violence erupted during an argument between two groups of girls at a private party in a garage in Uxbridge Road, near the junction with Hounslow Road.

A 16-year-old Feltham girl was stabbed in the abdomen, while a 21-year-old man was knifed in the leg.

The victim tried to escape his attackers by fleeing to Hanworth Kebab Shop in nearby Market Parade at around midnight. He made it into the restaurant but was pulled outside again by the armed mob and stabbed in the back.

The man is still in a serious but stable condition in hospital, while injured girl has been treated and sent home.

Anyone with information can call Hounslow CID on 020 8247 6160 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
